Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Guardian subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal charge.

To request a refund, email support@terrasecure.co from the address used at checkout, or open Billing in your Guardian workspace and use the payment portal to contact us. Refunds are issued by TerraSecure through our payment processor.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in the Guardian workspace. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Free trials are not charged. If your trial converts to a paid plan and you change your mind, the 30-day guarantee above applies to that first charge.
